I am company owner, and lead instructor Chris Green. I have a long history in professional dog handling and training. As a former Police Officer with 24 years experience, I joined the Police dog section in 2006, and over the next 13 years successfully licensed and worked alongside numerous K9 partners covering a wide range of disciplines, such as General Purpose, Public Order, Firearms Support, Passive & Active drug detection and Explosive Search.

In 2018, I became a Home Office accredited Dog Instructor and was responsible for the training of and licensing of all dogs within the section. This included the ongoing development of existing dogs, the assessment of potential recruits and the raising and training of puppies to fully fledged Police Dogs.

This experience has allowed me to build a unique skill set and a deep understanding of canine behaviour and its application to every day life, something which is very often overlooked and can help build a strong bond with trust and respect.

This paired with a practical experience of pet dog ownership over the past 25 years has proven to be a solid combination, already successfully working with hundreds of clients and their dogs over the past 11 months.

Training both the dog and handler is absolutely essential to achieve continued success, and this is at the forefront of my approach with clients.

Alongside the accreditations gained during my time as a Police Dog Instructor, I have a level 3 award in education and training, and have the title of Master Professional Dog Trainer with the Guild of Dog Trainers.

I am fully insured for all aspects of my business.

Working alongside me, is Jacob, my youngest son.

He has spent his entire life growing up and interacting with dogs of all descriptions, and as such had an introduction to the dog world I could have only dreamed of.

He has natural affinity with dogs and has shown an excellent aptitude for working in this arena. His knowledge is growing every day, and the goal will be for him to take an independent step with his own appointment and client list once I feel his time with me has been sufficient to deliver my high standards. Finally been able to get further afield with Roxy just recently and for us to be in such public and busy places was quite nerve-wracking for me but the confidence for the both of us is growing each time - and today there was NO REACTIONS towards other dogs at all today from Roxy, other than just watching them all walk by us (which included on and many off lead dogs 🫣 ) She did fantastic though! It's been a long time coming but I feel I'm definitely getting her to where I need her to be, not only for me but for herself to be able to relax and enjoy our walks together too because I have so many adventures planned for us in the near future. 🔑 Repetition is key 🔑 First time in over a year being able to put a harness/lead on my bulldog Chaos and walk her around the streets instead of a field. 1st session with Chris yesterday, still a long way to go.
